We manage the PHP runtime, web server, database and storage for your clients' WordPress and Craft sites. Backups, monitoring and recovery of the hosting environment are included. Your agency keeps the client relationship and maintains the website itself.

Launching a new client site or moving existing sites? Together we review your current hosting, site count, capacity needs and how your agency handles updates and releases.
Building custom applications in Laravel or Symfony? We support those too. For applications with workers, scheduled tasks or specific dependencies, start with Managed Pods; we agree the operations scope around the application.
What is included
- Managed PHP runtime: PHP-FPM and web server, with version updates and security patches done by us.
- MariaDB database: provisioned, managed and included in the backups.
- Media storage: persistent volume for uploads and assets.
- Backups: twice a day, encrypted, automatically verified. Restores are a message to support.
- Monitoring and alerts: we monitor the environment and investigate alerts.
- HTTPS out of the box: automatic certificates, IPv4 and IPv6.
- Deploys through git: we set up the deploy route together during onboarding.
- Direct access to the engineers: report something before 16:00 and we respond the same working day.
A fixed price for your site or portfolio
Pricing depends on the number of sites, the capacity needed and the management responsibilities. You receive a fixed monthly price up front, with a separate price for any migration and setup.
How we get started
1. Discuss: tell us how many sites you manage, what they run on and what you want to hand over. We agree the scope, price and schedule before you commit.
2. Set up: once agreed, we arrange the handover and configure hosting, backups, monitoring and deployment.
3. Move: for migrations, we plan go-live together with your agency, including a restore test beforehand.
Your agency maintains the website
We manage the hosting environment. Your agency remains responsible for application code, CMS and plugin updates, themes, templates and content. If you want us to work on the application layer too, we agree that separately.
