1. Bring your own transactional provider
When it fits: perfect if you already prefer a specific email provider. If you are happy with services like SendGrid, Mailgun, or Amazon SES, you can keep using the setup you know.
Benefits: full control over configuration and cost plus access to the advanced features your provider offers. Customers who also send broadcast campaigns usually already have a suitable supplier.
Trade-off: requires a bit of technical integration work, but we are happy to assist.
2. CoffeeSprout-managed mail via Postmark
When it fits: ideal if you want a reliable, low-maintenance solution. We integrate Postmark for you so there is no need to worry about technical details.
This is especially useful for sites that submit occasional forms; they are sent via our internal domain so you do not need to adjust your own mail configuration.
Benefits: extremely fast delivery, excellent reliability, straightforward setup, and great support. Postmark focuses on transactional messages and provides detailed analytics.
Why we don’t sell inboxes
We choose not to offer mailbox services. Providers like Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 already excel at that. Instead we focus on what we do best: hosting and platform operations.
